It gives the effect of the letter "I" around the characters.
It gives the effect of the word "LOVE" around the characters.
It gives the effect of the letter "U" around the characters.

Steps for Using the Key:
1. Register for an account at MMOABC HERE.
2. Login to your MMOABC account and get your key on this page.
3. Register an IGG account and login in at http://www.igg.com/member/top_reg.php
4. Download and install the client
5. Create a character after entering the game
6. Return to http://top.igg.com/contest/igg_code.php
7. Enter the Serial Number- the CD-key
8. Find your Valentine Package in the Storage box in http://top.igg.com/bill/assign.php
Note:
1. Only one key is allowed per account/IP
2. Please make sure you have 5 vacant slots in your character’s inventory.
