So I played a little bit of FFXIV beta on Saturday. I had a ton of video card issues though. If anyone has an ATI Mobility Radeon HD 5870, they might run into some issues with this game if the settings are all on high/max. I'm sure they will be fixed but your best bet is to remember the default settings of the game because once you begin changing the game's configuration, you cannot reset them.

I only played for about two hours fooling around with configurations, customizations, and what not. I decided to post my initial thoughts here.

Well, as luck would have it, I got into FFXIV beta. There are some restrictions on posting images/videos of the game so I may not be able to post much but I'll try.

My Story - Sunday, August 15, 2010:

I must have subscribed to at least 4 different sites just to get the key. Finally on fileplanet.com, I got it by waiting several hours for them to giveaway the key. It was quite painful listening to all the trolls saying they got it when it wasn't released yet. Once they were released, they didn't last more than a minute on the site.
