Blizzard Working on 'Hydra' MMOG?

Notorious rumor site The Inquirer quotes sources who claim to have overheard two Blizzard employees talk at the AGDC (Austin Game Dev. Conference) about a mysterious new Blizzard project codenamed "Hydra." For your reference, StarCraft II was once codenamed Medusa.
Add to this the fact that Jeff Kaplan said the following to CVG:
"As far was working on another MMO project or a WoW 2, obviously as a company we'd be very interested in further exploring the MMO space"
Finally, Blizzard job openings for a "Next-Gen MMO."
I think it goes without a question (obviously) that Blizzard is working on a new MMOG. Is it World of Warcraft 2? That is very unlikely. My money is on Diablo III.
