ImageT-Entertainment"s UE3 project is codenamed L2, and is the second Seoul-originating MMORPG announced this year that will be using the widely-used game engine.

T-Entertainment"s past games include the MMORPGs Laghaim and Last Chaos. L2 will take elements from MMOs and real-time strategy games.

L2 is slated for worldwide release on PC in 2010.

In March, another Seoul, South Korea-based game maker, Bluehole, announced that it is developing a UE3-based MMORPG for PC, codenamed Project S1.

A number of MMO developers have recently announced the use of UE3 in upcoming titles. NCsoft recently announced that it is developing two UE3-based MMOs, while Boston Red Sox pitcher Curt Schilling"s new studio is using the engine for its own fantasy title.
