GTA IV for PS3 took the No1 spot in Spain and Germany for the nine day period ended May 07, while the Xbox 360 version was victorious in Sweden. Both versions of the GTA IV Special Edition package also made top ten appearances in Spain and Germany. Earlier this week the game smashed global first day and opening week dollar sales records for an entertainment product, generating $500 million.

Notably, Wii Fit and Mario Kart Wii made top four appearances in all three countries.

In total, Wii titles took nine of the 30 spots across the three charts, PS3 and 360 took five each (all GTA IV), PC took four, DS and PS2 took three each and PSP took one.
